Terms & Conditions

1) Arriving Late: If you are running late please contact us as soon as possible so we can
attempt to accommodate your hair needs as best we can. We can’t guarantee we can
perform the full service you are booked in for as we have to work around the schedules &
needs of other clients in the salon also.

2) Cancellations/Reschedules/No Shows: We are committed to providing you with the
most professional service whilst in our salon to ensure your time with us is enjoyable &
relaxing. We understand you can’t always keep your appointment times as things come up
unexpectedly. We do kindly ask for 24 hours notice should you have to reschedule or
cancel your appointment. If you don’t turn up for your appointment you may be asked to
pay a deposit prior to your next appointment.

3) All prices are subject to change depending on the length of your hair.

4) Keratin Treatment and Perm bookings must be confirmed within 2 days of the
scheduled appointment or the appointment may be cancelled.

5) Due to the artistic nature of our profession we are unable to offer refunds on hair
services performed. However we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.

6) All of our prices are inclusive of NETS / Merchant Facility fee costs.

7) Recommend a Friend must be a first time customer and does not apply to retail
products. Offer must be taken up within 3 months of Friends appointment.

8) An after hours call out fee will be charged at an additional 50% of the regular service

9) All disputes must be raised within 5 working days.

10) All prices are GST inclusive.
